Conception d’un menu lors de mon stage à la Fondation Mediamatic (Amsterdam), pour le huitième Neo Futurist Dinner en collaboration avec trois artistes autour de la thématique du cannibalisme. Le projet éveille la curiosité autour de questions comme Est-ce que c’est goûtu ? Est-ce que c’est éthique ? Le but est de questionner les invités sur leur consommation quotidienne de viande animale et leur donne l’expérience de pouvoir se « manger soi-même » en goûtant son propre sang.
During my internship at Stitching Mediamatic (Amsterdam), I created a menu for the eighth Neo Futurist Dinner, in collaboration with three artists around the theme of eating humans. This project was born out of sheer curiosity, why does consumption of the self raise so much resistance ? Can it be tasty ? Is it ethical ? The aim is to challenge the guests to think about their daily consumption of animals (human or other) as well as give them the intimate experience of tasting themselves.
